Business Controller

Opis Stanowiska

Our Client, a dynamically growing international company is looking for an experienced and proactive Business Controller to support their business in Poland. If you possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and can effectively collaborate with various business departments, this role is for you!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with the Country/BU Manager on all financial, risk, and economic matters.
• Driving business improvement through clear, fact-based insights.
• Collaborating with Commerce on customer, product, and service profitability, and deal structuring.
• Working with Operations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leading budget and forecast processes, analyzing variances, and recommending changes.
• Analyzing financial results and challenging business performance.
• Generating management reports and ensuring insightful data for decision-making.
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and profitability reviews.
• Providing decision support for new customers and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Offering objective challenges within the team.

We are looking for someone with:

• Finance, economics, or accounting degree (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years in Business Control or FP&A (Commercial/Supply Chain finance experience).
• Fluency in local language and English (if applicable).
• Strong data systems knowledge (ERP, advanced Excel).
• Understanding of FP&A, Commercial, and Supply Chain Finance processes.
• Basic finance, accounting, and tax knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Resilience and flexibility.
• High integrity and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Openness to learning and good interpersonal skills.
• Ideally, cross-cultural experience.
• Effective communication skills and business acumen.
