Reporting & Consolidation Manager
For our Client, a well-established publicly listed company, we are seeking a Reporting & Consolidation Manager to play a pivotal role in Group financial reporting, consolidation, and ensuring full IFRS compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret IFRS requirements, including assessing and implementing new standards and amendments across the Group.
- Provide technical accounting support for complex transactions, including acquisitions and other non-routine events.
- Monitor adherence to the Group Reporting Guidelines and support consistent application across entities.
- Actively contribute to the preparation of the Group’s consolidated financial statements.
- Support the quarter-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Group’s auditors and external advisors.
- Drive and support process improvement initiatives related to reporting and consolidation.
- Safeguard the quality and integrity of financial data in ERP and reporting systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience gained in BIG4 (Audit or IFRS/Technical Accounting teams).
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven, hands-on expertise in IFRS (must-have).
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
- Proactive, energetic, reliable, and self-motivated (self-starter).
- Ability to work independently and effectively with stakeholders across different business areas, as well as within the finance team.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
