Opis Stanowiska

We are looking for an experienced Customer Analytics Manager for our client – a leading retail company undergoing digital transformation. This is a key role responsible for providing data-driven insights that shape customer strategy, drive loyalty growth, and optimize digital performance across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will analyze customer data to understand shopping behavior and support better business decisions. Customer Analytics Manager will identify patterns in purchasing habits and uncover the factors that encourage customers to visit stores more frequently.


Job scope:

  • Drive the analytical agenda across CRM, loyalty programs, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs focused on acquisition, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Design and implement customer segmentation models and establish robust test‑and‑learn frameworks
  • Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring timely delivery of dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations
  • Build and continuously enhance a comprehensive customer analytics framework
  • Conduct in‑depth analysis of shopping behavior and customer segments to inform decision‑making
  • Provide actionable CRM and marketing insights that drive growth and engagement


Ideal profile:

  • 5–7 years of experience in customer analytics, marketing insights, or data science, ideally within retail or consumer industries
  • Proven expertise in data and CRM analytics, including loyalty program data models
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; knowledge of Google Analytics is essential
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Skilled in data storytelling, turning analysis into compelling narratives that drive decision‑making
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor analysts and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Meticulous attention to accuracy, clarity, and impact in all deliverables
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
