For our client, a Real Estate- leader in Poland, we are looking for a person for the position of HR Director.

In addition to supervision over the HR and payroll department, the role requires extensive experience in creating and implementing talent programs, succession plans, employee development, building organizational culture as well as job evaluation and all other activities that have a direct impact on employee involvement and motivation.


Job description:

  • Creating, implementing and driving human resources strategy supporting the company's overall business plan and strategic direction
  • Managing of HR team (hard & soft HR) & Administration
  • Shaping, improving and supervising all HR processes such as: Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D, Comp&Ben, Payroll, Employer Branding
  • Developing, implementing and communicating of various HR activities and projects focused particularly in the areas of attracting and retaining talent, change management, organization and performance management, succession planning, training and development and comp&ben
  • Supporting Managers with management challenges, advising on best HR practices at different stages of the employee lifecycle, helping in developing teams, building commitment and solving problems
  • Designing, managing and improving talent development programs, succession plans and keeping up-to-date with the development needs
  • Building and promoting a organizational culture fucusing on a sense of togetherness, people´s well-being, diversity, communication, transparency, innovation and a friendly workplace
  • Staying up to date with market trends, recommending and implementing tools, processes and solutions that increase the effectiveness of the organization
  • Supporting Managers in improving the management model in the organization (structure, job evaluation, processes,career paths, training and development, support for strategy implementation)
  • Being the main point of contact for all People matters, answering questions and addressing concerns, creating and maintaining company HR policies
  • Creating an Employer Branding policy
  • Participating in global HR initiatives and projects
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director
  • Responsibility for the HR budget


Requirements:

  • Min 4-6 years of managerial HR experience in an international company
  • Strategic thinking, as well as experience with developing and implementing HR strategies (ability to operate at both strategic and operational level)
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with proactive and hands-on approach
  • Experience in managing all areas of HR including planning and budgeting, talent attraction & management, learning & development, rewards & payroll and internal communications
  • Experience in independently developing and implementing key human resources activities in the area of: HR strategy, processes, procedures, their optimization and building the organizational culture
  • Ability to work in a very dynamic, agile environment where speed of decision making is important
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge HR trends to support business growth and employee well-being
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • English is a must
