I’m pleased to be working with one of our long-standing clients who operate in technology sector.

We are looking for an experienced HR Director – a true business partner to the managing team and a leader to their professional and experienced HR Team.

HR Director position is already existent in the structure and the managing team understand and value the role, knowing how crucial people matters are to obtain company’s goals.

Your new role

HR Director will provide advice and guidance to the management and senior leadership team on all people and culture related issues:

• revising the efficiency of HR processes in the organization
• overseeing all HR aspects (payroll included)
• providing expertise on team performance, learning and development
• overseeing the maintenance and analysis of crucial HR metrics
• identifying opportunities using HR reporting and available metrics enabling a solution driven approach

Requirements:

This particular HR Director role will perfectly suit someone having several years of an overall HR experience in a dynamic, demanding environment, preferably in IT/technology/consulting/services.

We look for a proactive People Partner, a leader, who can efficiently manage a team of several HR professionals. Very good English English and practical knowledge of Labour Law is a must.
