For our Client, which is the world’s leading producer with a business history since 1700, we are looking for HR Team Leader to the newly-opened SSC in Warsaw.

Shared Service Center will be a world-class support function for HR and Finance Services along various business units across Europe, with an exellence in striving of processes with strong focus on​ Scandinavian company's culture.


HR Team Leader position should have a great leadership skills,sense of self-motivation, creative problem-solvers who enjoy collaboration and networking in an international environment. This role will be reporting to P&O Lead.



Responsibilities:

  • Supervising, monitoring, coordinating & prioritizing day-to-day tasks performed by People & Organization Team
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, engagement, motivation, process knowledge and communication skills
  • Monitoring team and individual development
  • Implementing action plans that help increase employee productivity
  • Very good knowledge of the business, goals and mission of the company
  • Driving effective cooperation with internal stakeholders and other functional teams
  • Implementing functional plans to assure goal completion and address resource and operational challenges
  • Coordinating HR administration, entrusted processes and other regulations in People & Organization Team
  • Driving the improvements and optimisations within the scope of the P&O Shared Services
  • Participating in the new transition projects & work for continuous improvement of processes across the company
  • Caring for the company's culture, strengthening with particular emphasis on transparency in communication


Requirements:

  • At least +3 years of leadership experience in HR area or HR Shared Services
  • At least +5 years of relevant experience in HR area for Personnel Administration in multicounty and matrix organizations
  • Good knowledge of Workday and Service Now environment
  • Able to coach people, promote team-work, set the example and give and seek feedback
  • Evaluating the issues, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and communicating the resolution
  • High level of attention to details, proactivity and ability to take initiative
  • Keen eye for process and quality improvement
  • Innovative and open minded
  • Fluency in English is a must (C1)
