For our client, an international company from the production and technology industry, aspiring to be a leader in the sustainability, we are looking for a Recruitment Manager.

As a Recruitment Manager you will lead recruitment team and be responsible for the development and delivery of resourcing and recruitment strategies and solutions to both current and future organizational needs.

This role conributes to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing and recruitment process that supports company goals.

Person in this position will report directly to the HR Manager.


Job description:

  • Manage and develop the team of Recruiters
  • Create and develop a resourcing and recruitment strategies based on strong understanding the needs of Business Managers
  • Build and maintain partnership relations with all departments’ managers and understand their business operations
  • Manage staffing needs and issues, offer ideas, solutions and tools to recruit the best talents
  • Act as escalation point for all resourcing and recruitment issues and matters
  • Manage resourcing and recruitment budget
  • Develop and manage full lifecycle recruitment services
  • Establish various sourcing channels and ensure that selection tools are available for assessment of candidates
  • Develop and implement effective Employer Branding activities
  • Evaluate and report progress against resourcing and recruitment activity
  • Take a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring any risks and issues identified are addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated
  • Manage mass and strategic recruiting with external agencies (incl RPO)


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting area coupled with experience in managing people and projects
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Effective prioritization and tasks with great attention to detail in order to deliver desired outcomes
  • Ability to adapt to change and modify methods or strategies to fit changing circumstances
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills coupled with experience in partnering with Business Managers
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must
