Our Client is one of the international Independent Power Producers investing in Wind Farm assets in Poland and Europe.

Operations & Maintenance Manager Wind Farms

This is a full remote work for self-driven individuals

Resposnsibilities:

• Manage the day to day smooth power generation in all technical, administrative, reporting affairs
• Communicate with the Utility and/or Grid Operating Unit as required by PPA and related contracts
• Manage stakeholders on behalf of the asset owner:
• (External service providers, Utility and/or Grid Operating Unit,
• EPC contractor interface, O&M sub-contractors, Other stakeholders
• Manage warranty requirements and spare parts backlogs
• Ensure all policies, procedures and processes related to the plant and operations are developed, available and implemented on each plant
• Recurring site visiting

Requirements:

• Technical education preferably electrical engineering
• Experience in technical supervision of construction or service of wind farms
• Knowledge of regulatory affairs concerning power generation and reporting
• Team oriented personality
• Can do approach
• Self-discipline
• Good command of English
• Car license
