For our Client, growing IT and QA services company, we are looking for experienced Business Development Manager who will be a part of the growth strategy. If you know how to reach decision-makers at polish&international companies and offer them professional services successfully this job may be a great opportunity for you to join IT world!

Job description:

  • Searching for new clients in Poland and abroad
  • Sales of Human Capital Management solutions
  • Sales of post-delivery services
  • Building long-term sales relationship with clients based on Account Development planning
  • Execution of agreed sales plan
  • Engagement in social media marketing with a focus on lead generation
  • Developing proposals tailored to the needs of customers
  • Conducting sales presentations
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions
  • Close cooperation with Delivery, Lead Generation and Marketing Departments
  • Supervising the correctness of financial and commercial arrangements with Clients


  • Min. 5 years of experience in HR or Sales Department
  • Knowledge of any HCM solution will be an advantage
  • Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout an organization
  • Effectiveness in building long-term relationships with internal or external Clients
  • Practice in lead generation using social media, mailings and other channels
  • High level of commitment, creativity and independence
  • Communication and presentation skills of high level
  • Ability to influence and hold a position in a debate
  • Able to gain credibility
  • Analytical thinking
  • Readiness for local and international trips
  • English language proficiency (C1 or higher)
  • Knowledge of other European languages will be a plus
