The company is a leading provider of HCM, DCM, QMS, RIMS, validation services, cloud solutions, IT team and staff augmentation, and other IT services for multinational clients from regulated and non-regulated sectors. Key strength of the team lies in the ability to combine its comprehensive expertise and commitment to excellence with its sensitivity to the client’s needs. They are growing over 30 % annually. 


For our Client, growing IT and QA services company, we are looking for experienced Business Development Manager who will be a part of the growth strategy in validation services. Do you have extensive, proven experience in managing clients from regulated industries? Can you sell advanced SaaS solutions to quality assurance? Job responsibilities:


  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region, owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop account plans for new relationships, building, maintaining, and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Possess a full understanding of customers’ specific decision-making and purchasing process, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Responsible for navigating through an enterprise organization to connect multiple buyers and influencers.
  • Generate leads from trade shows, regional networking events, social media channels and any other.
  • Develop and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.



Requirements:


  • A proven consultative sales executive with the ability to navigate complex, enterprise prospect accounts and stakeholders.
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and deliver at pace.
  • Creative and able to build a vision with prospects.
  • Metrics driven, organized, with an appreciation of sales data.
  • A combination of self-starter, leader, collaborative internal partner.
  • Forever curious about the status quo.
  • Previous years of outside enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience or experience in sales of services and software implementation projects from life-science industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch customer service approach.
  • Exceptional professional presence and business acumen.
  • Experience selling at the “C” level and navigating large enterprise organizations.
  • Must work well in a team selling environment - acting as a sales PM , able to keep an open communication particularly when working remotely.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations.
  • English language skills essential (C1/C2).
