About the Role:

 

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Business Unit Director to lead and expand our client’s IT consulting business in the Polish market. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to spearhead growth initiatives and establish the company as a key player in Poland’s IT contracting and outsourcing space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to enter and expand the company’s footprint in the Polish IT market.

·        Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within IT outsourcing and contracting services.

·        Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

·        Operational Leadership: Oversee the establishment of business operations in Poland, ensuring the alignment of local efforts with the company’s broader strategy.

·        Team Building: Recruit and lead a local team as the business scales.

·        P&L Responsibility: Manage the business unit’s budget, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.

·        Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to define long-term growth goals and adapt strategies as necessary.

 

Key Requirements:

 

·        Business Development Expertise: Proven experience in IT outsourcing or IT contracting, with a strong network in the Polish market.

·        Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to build a business from scratch and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

·        Leadership Experience: Prior experience leading teams, with a focus on performance and growth.

·        Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement business strategies to achieve long-term success.

·        Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in both English and Polish.

·        Motivated and Flexible: Ready to take on challenges, work autonomously, and drive results.
