Chief Product Officer (CPO) Onsite

Our Client is a dynamic and innovative mid-size FinTech company that collaborates with top players within the banking sector worldwide. their cutting-edge solutions and strategic partnerships have positioned them as a leader in the industry. Due to the growth of their presence in the central Europe, they are seeking a seasoned Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join their executive team and drive the strategic development of the product.

Role Overview: As the Chief Product Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by leading the product strategy and vision. This is a strategic position that involves working closely with the CEO, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure our products align with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FinTech sector, experience working on a global scale, and a proven track record of success in rising markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate the overall product strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to ensure product initiatives support the company's growth and market position.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate as necessary.
  • Global Experience:
  • Leverage previous experience working on a global scale, particularly in diverse and rising markets, to drive product expansion and localization.


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior product management or CPO role within the FinTech sector.
  • Proven success in developing and launching innovative products that contribute to business growth.
  • Deep understanding of financial services, banking, and FinTech trends.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
