Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to take full responsibility for shaping and executing the organization’s technology strategy. The successful candidate will oversee IT infrastructure development, data security, system continuity, and lead geographically dispersed IT teams. This role requires close collaboration with the executive board and international stakeholders to drive innovation, automation, and digital transformation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Plan, supervise, and control the IT budget.
Lead and manage the IT Department — infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud), software development and maintenance, ERP/CRM/BI/HRM systems.
Ensure information security and IT risk management.
Oversee automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and oversee IT contracts.
Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT organization.
Collaborate closely with business units to understand and address their technological needs.

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or IT Management.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within a large organization.
Proven experience working in a matrix and geographically distributed environment.
Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, ITIL).
Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, software lifecycle management (SDLC), and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI, HRM).
Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Solid understanding of IT security standards and risk management.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
