Master Data Specialist - Join a Global IT Team!

Do you have a passion for data quality and want to play a key role in a global IT transformation?

We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to join our client, a leading Danish manufacturing company with a cutting-edge technological approach. You will be part of a dynamic, international IT Core Business Solutions team with over 20 nationalities!

About the Role:

This pivotal position is essential for our successful transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality data standards across all platforms, including AX2012 and D365. Your focus will be on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data as we implement D365 across various business units.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the master data track for our global D365 implementations, including training, data migration, quality checks, and alignment with workstreams;
  • Perform hands-on domain tasks and provide support/initiate action on user inquiries (tickets, incidents, change requests);
  • Collaborate with the business to define tasks, requirements, and keep them updated on deliverables;
  • Train Super Users and Master Data Coordinators in global data standards;
  • Contribute to optimizing business and team processes;
  • Focus on domain optimization, deployment, and maintenance;
  • Implement best practices for data use and maintenance to continuously improve data quality;
  • Ensure documentation adheres to guidelines and policies;
  • Help develop, define, and implement data governance frameworks;
  • Support the Master Data Coordinator network.

We're looking for someone with:

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of D365FO and/or AX2012 (or similar ERP solutions);
  • Strong understanding of master data management and data governance principles;
  • Proficiency in Excel;
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Economics, Data Science, or equivalent;
  • 2-5 years of experience in Master Data Management or Product Information Management concepts and applications;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry and/or quality management (a plus).

Location and Travel:

  • Hybrid work mode from our Poznan office;
  • Bi-weekly travel within Poland or other EU destinations expected.
