We are in search of a seasoned Service Delivery Director to manage IT projects within a global corporate framework. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that align with business objectives and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT project delivery across global teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
• Streamline processes to ensure adherence to corporate IT standards.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance on IT architecture and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in project management within large organizations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
• Extensive knowledge of IT systems and architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and experience in multinational environments.
• Previous experience within large Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) structures is essential.
