For our client, a company from the services area, I'm looking for a person for the HR Manager position.

Person in this position will work closely with the Board Members. Scale of business is about 200ee, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Due to the main stacionary work model (1day HO/week), I invite do apply candidates, who are open to travel to the company's office, located in the center of Warsaw.

Job description: 

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage a team of 5 specialists
  • Manage the implementation and administration of the human resources programs, policies, and activities for all personnel
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process and collaborate closely with external service providers for compensation and personnel documentation
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage all the functional HR areas of onboarding and integration, compensation and benefit administration, performance management, employee relations, training and development, recognition programs, counselling, and workforce planning
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of employees
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Implement action plans that help increase employee productivity
  • Drive effective cooperation with internal stakeholders and other functional teams
  • Advise Managers on HR matters and lead process improvements and HR projects
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Coordinate HR administration, entrusted processes and other regulations
  • Drive the improvements and optimisations
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


  • Proven working experience as HR Manager
  • People oriented and results driven attitude
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
  • Experience with and understanding of different types of employment contracts (i.a. employment contract, B2B etc.)
  • Fluent in English, that enables business communication
