About the Client

Our client is a leading insurance brokerage group in Poland, recognized for its rapid growth and diverse service offerings and backed by an international private equity fund based in New York City.

Established as a key player in the market, the company specializes in property and casualty insurance, commercial motor insurance, and reinsurance. It operates through multiple divisions, delivering comprehensive insurance solutions and risk management services. The group serves more than 1,500 clients, continually enhancing its market position through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

About the role

The Head of Marketing will build a Group Marketing Center of Excellence, crafting tailored marketing solutions for each company within the holding while establishing a unified approach and efficient processes.

This position will be a one of a key positions with a lot of autonomy but also challenging due to company's ambitious organic growth plan and M&A activities in the near future.

Job description

  • Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy for all brands within the holding company.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to individual units' marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Lead the design, execution, and maintenance of a comprehensive marketing plan.
  • Elevate brand awareness and perception across the group.
  • Spearhead communication efforts, including campaigns, marketing materials, and digital marketing initiatives (e.g., content and email marketing).
  • Manage media relations and public relations activities to ensure positive visibility for company leadership and experts.
  • Lead the development and management of the company's LinkedIn social media profiles.
  • Organize and participate in conferences, trade shows (domestic and international), events, and CSR initiatives.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to the COO on marketing performance and initiatives.


  • 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the B2B, professional services, or financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing, results-oriented teams.
  • Experience reporting to senior leadership and contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic and cross-functional environment.
  • A hands-on approach and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong sense of initiative.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
