For our Customer who is a global leader in digital banking solutions serving over 100M banking customers across 30 countries and whose portfolio of products includes digital fintech products, we are currently looking for a dynamic Head of MarCom to lead company’s marketing & communications initiatives.
This role is central in crafting compelling narratives around products, driving market positioning, and amplifying organization’s reach in the competitive fintech landscape. The Head of MarCom will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of company’s solutions globally.
· Product Positioning: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates company in the market.
· Go-to-Market Strategies: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth.
· Content Creation: Craft compelling content that effectively communicates the value proposition of company’s products to the target audience.
· Market Insights: Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product and marketing strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to align product features with market needs and drive product awareness.
· Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze product marketing metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
· Brand Management: Drive brand awareness, consistency, and reputation management, ensuring a strong and positive brand image in the market.
· Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content for various channels, including website, social media, and email marketing.
· Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and media outlets, proactively seeking opportunities for press coverage.
· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing and communication professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
· Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events and webinars to engage with clients and prospects.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; additional qualifications in Product Management is a plus.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on digital products, preferably in the tech, fintech or financial services industry.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives around products.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
