As Head of Marketing, you will lead and manage an 5+ person team to execute and optimize marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Your focus will be on driving lead generation and product awareness through a wide range of marketing activities, from content creation and social media to digital advertising and brand management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 8+ marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, CRM, and digital advertising.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Product, to ensure alignment and support business goals.
- Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with e-commerce/SaaS industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Organizing and participating in industry events.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing performance and insights to the CEO/Founder.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership roles, preferably in SaaS/ tech / e-com companies with strong focus on lead generation and product awareness campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics software.
- A passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
- Availability to extensive travel (up to 50%)
