Our client is a leading SaaS company offering a wide range of e-commerce solutions and services.

As Head of Marketing, you will lead and manage an 5+ person team to execute and optimize marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Your focus will be on driving lead generation and product awareness through a wide range of marketing activities, from content creation and social media to digital advertising and brand management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 8+ marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, CRM, and digital advertising.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Product, to ensure alignment and support business goals.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with e-commerce/SaaS industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Organizing and participating in industry events.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing performance and insights to the CEO/Founder.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership roles, preferably in SaaS/ tech / e-com companies with strong focus on lead generation and product awareness campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics software.
  • A passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
  • Availability to extensive travel (up to 50%)
