Social Media Manager

Opis Stanowiska

Our client is a company with a stable position and a recognizable brand, being one of the main players in the market. Currently, we are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join the marketing department. This person will be responsible for building communication and community around a popular and valued brand on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Job responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing communication strategies for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Content creation and co-creation (video, graphics, live broadcasts, posts) in collaboration with a creative agency and the internal team
• Planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns in collaboration with a performance agency
• Maintaining a high level of engagement among brand fans and followers
• Monitoring results, analyzing data, and reporting on performance against established KPIs
• Collaboration with external agencies and other company departments, such as Brand and Influencer Marketing
• Effective budget management
• Maintaining brand image and monitoring brand sentiment
• Analyzing competitor activities and market benchmarks, while continuously expanding knowledge and implementing modern tools and trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar Social Media Manager role, supported by measurable successes - preferably within a lifestyle brand
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Brand24, GA4, Facebook Insights)
• Proficiency in graphic and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager)
• A highly creative and innovative individual with a demonstrated ability to approach tasks with enthusiasm and courage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven analytical abilities and a flexible, adaptable mindset
• Must demonstrate openness to change and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Required language skills: native Polish and very good English
