For our Client, an international manufacturing company from the Krakow area, we are looking for a person for the Customer Service Manager position.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, experience with the end-to-end Order Management process, speak English fluently and be willing to work in a hybrid work model (3 days from the office).

Job description:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global external business partners and customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Drive improvements in customer service, fostering customer engagement and business growth
  • Build a Diverse and Inclusive work environment
  • Provide inspiration, coaching, and mentorship to team members
  • Oversee performance management processes for team members
  • Develop customer satisfaction goals and collaborate with the team to consistently achive them
  • Initiate the creation and implementation of effective customer service policies, procedures and standards
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders
  • Support a culture of performance by implementing KPI's and proposing process optimization
  • Initiate improvement projects within your area of responsibility, fostering collaboration to achieve goals
  • Manage the departmental budget effectively
  • Resolve audit findings within deadlines


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in Customer Service area
  • Good understanding of and of ‘End to End’ order management process 
  • Strategic thinking and execute methodically with attention to detail.
  • 3+ years experience in people management
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solver and able to create solutions
  • Stakeholders cooperation experience and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Advanced English 
  • Knowledge of SAP system
