  • Creating and implementing global strategy into polish Customer Service Department
  • Effective customer services excellence processes management (inbound & outbound)
  • Team management: motivating, coaching, supporting, setting & executing goals for subordinate team
  • Processes optimization & continuous improvement initiatives to achieve KPI’s
  • Defining, implementing and monitoring of business plans and standards to scale company’s operations
  • Daily work with Sales Department to ensure best results in commercial achievements


  • Min. 2 years of experience in customer service area as a manager role
  • Strong customer management experience, including strategy co-creating
  • High level of commitment, creativity and independence
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team
  • Communication and presentation skills of high level
  • Analytical skills, the ability to formulate conclusions based on verified data & research
  • Goal-oriented, open minded, pro-active attitude
  • English language proficiency (C1 or higher)
