Opis Stanowiska
For our customer, international company with innovative factories and advanced technologies we are looking for very experienced candidate for the Plant Manager position. Place of work: Greater Poland Voivodeship (to the south of Poznań).
Job description
· Lead and manage plant activities, covering injection molding production, quality, maintenance, and health & safety
· Introduce and monitor improvements that boost efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance productivity, supported by SAP and MES tools
· Guarantee compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, while continuously raising product consistency
· Provide direct leadership and mentorship to department managers, building a strong, cohesive management team
· Manage people, machinery, and materials effectively to meet production goals and keep costs under control
· Work closely with engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams to solve operational challenges and streamline workflows
· Use production data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that strengthen performance
· Promote a culture of safety and ensure all employees operate in line with health and safety requirements
Requirements
· Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
· Min. 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the plastic manufacturing industry (factories 150+ people)
· Very good knowledge of some processes such as injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding, compression molding
· Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma , or other process improvement techniques
· Familiarity with SAP and MES systems
· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
· Fluent Polish and English – is a must
