Plant Manager (Packaging)

Opis Stanowiska

For our Customer, the international packaging producer with site near Warsaw we are looking for Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage operational performance of the plant to ensure high customer satisfaction within the allocated budget

·       Ensure industrial and economic performance of the site within the framework of the defined targets

·       Assure readiness of plant for realization of new projects with industrial processes on line with customer expectations and program target

·       Organize, manage and assess work of subordinate departments: production, maintenance

·       Maximize efficiencies of plant operations

·       Lead the continuous improvement of internal processes to optimize costs

·       Ensure that the facility is maintained to provide a safe workplace that is compliant withal regulatory standards

·       Participate in hiring, evaluating, dismissing, and managing personnel in their operating areas

·       Reviews purchases of manufacturing equipment to ensure accuracy and validity

·       Lead the installation process of new machines and equipment

·       Create and control annual budget and lead the budgeting process

·       Participate in plant CAPEX and plant management review

·       Cooperate with HQ and other departments i.e.: construction, projects, quality

·       Monitor and achieve operation’s KPIs in line with the Group targets

·       Deploy Group's strategy, including CSR policy, at the site level

·       Ensure there is a positive working culture at the site

·       Report

Requirements:

·       Engineer’s Degree required

·       8 years’ experience at similar positions (as Plant Manager, Production Director) required

·       Experience in packaging industry – is a must

·       Excellent understanding of printing process – is a must

·       Technical skills

·       Results-oriented

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·       Excellent attention to detail skills

·       Ability to develop and maintain successful team and cross-functional relationship

·       Ability to communicate in English and Polish
