On behalf of our client – a European leader in enterprise digital transformation solutions – we are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale their commercial operations.

Our client offers a powerful low-code platform used by large and very large organizations across multiple industries. Their solution supports complex business process automation and digitalization, delivered both directly and through a strong partner network. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth, product-driven company with a strong market presence and ambitious international plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the sales strategy across both Direct and Partner channels.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team (currently 13 people, with plans to expand to 20+).
  • Apply a consultative sales approach,
  • Work with target account lists and implement account-based selling strategies.
  • Set and manage sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent execution.
  • Contribute to product development strategy by bringing in customer insights and market feedback.
  • Play a key role in expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Opportunity to grow into an executive leadership role (C-level) within 3–5 years.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and working with complex client organizations.
  • Experience managing and scaling sales teams, with a focus on performance management.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to work with structured sales processes.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – daily communication in an international environment.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based sales/marketing and working with key account lists.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, sales targets, and data-driven decision-making.
