For our Client, who designs and develops global workforce and procurement solutions for larges comapnies within whole world, we are looking for Sourcing Manager (APT) with German.

Our Client is a international service provider company for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), vendor management system (VMS), managed services program (MSP), direct sourcing,science, technology, engineering, payroll & contractor validation services.

As a Sourcing Manager you will take responsibility for implementing and managing the full supplier lifecycle for third party resources on behalf of the customers all over Europe.

As a member of an ambitious global organization, you will be independent collaborator, a highly active and resilient member of the European Supplier Partnership & Engagement team driving the business forward.

Job description:

• In depth understanding of third-party resource markets (e.g. temporary labor, freelancer, agencies etc.) across Europe
• In-depth category, supplier and marketplace knowledge
• Understanding of customer requirements, experience in third party resource procurement processes and total cost of ownership practices
• Market analysis
• Financial analysis and recommendations
• Contract terms, development of negotiation strategies and supplier negotiation
• Risk assessments and mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous cost and performance improvement activities
• This role also requires a sophisticated level of relationship management interfacing with supply base, requiring balancing of interests to maintain mutually beneficial business outcomes
• Guiding and supporting the customers in MSP projects and initiatives, demand/consumption management strategies, and on-going support to deliver to forecasted business needs and key performance goals
• Identify and address all purchasing needs of customer
• Source qualified suppliers and negotiate optimal agreements (often complex and of high-value)
• Execute effective supplier negotiations
• Build appropriate supplier relationships and drive rationalization strategies
• Manage the RFP / RFQ and RFI process
• Drive continuous cost improvement, supplier base rationalization, supplier relationship management, resolve critical supply issues, develop and establish new part pricing and terms
• Develop suppliers in support of our value stream, business and company objectives

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of strategic sourcing tools such as Fieldglas, Ariba, Beeline, IQN, Acceleration
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Human Resources / Staffing industries ​with specific applied experience in dealing with temporary labor suppliers
• Fluent English, German will be an advantage
• Demonstrated understanding of entire supply chain and cost drivers
• Strong negotiation and contract creation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated data and financial analysis capability
• Solid project management and continuous improvement skills required
• German language is a must (minimum C1)
• English (B2-C1) is a must
