Wyser is recruiting for its Client — a recognised private student accommodation network in Poland — for a newly created role: Commercial Performance & Revenue Business Partner. The position will establish dedicated ownership of commercial performance, leasing and revenue management, shifting the organisation from ad‑hoc insights and intuition‑driven decisions to a more structured, evidence‑based approach to improving conversion, pricing effectiveness and commercial execution. This role is designed to work closely with the business and key decision‑makers — acting as a hands‑on partner to the Sales & Marketing Director — and collaborating with Portfolio, Finance and Site Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial performance & decision support: lead regular reviews of leasing and occupancy performance and turn them into clear management takeaways (“what happened, why, what next”); proactively identify risks/opportunities and propose corrective actions
- Cross-location insights: run cross-site/cross-city deep dives, challenge assumptions, and define practical hypotheses behind performance differences (e.g., sources of leads, local actions, operational drivers)
- Pricing, promotions & competitor benchmarking: support pricing and promotional decisions by quantifying impact on demand and conversion; monitor competitor moves and recommend prioritised, site-level commercial actions with expected impact
- Funnel & booking journey (online + offline): diagnose where and why customers drop off; analyse conversion drivers across touchpoints, including the impact of human interaction (calls/emails handled by onsite teams) and operational levers such as weekend coverage and response-time/SLA
- Forecasting & performance cadence: build a simple, repeatable forecasting and review rhythm (weekly/monthly) and translate it into concrete recommendations
- Close partnership with operations: work directly with dorm/site managers to gather qualitative context, validate insights, and drive follow-through so recommendations are implemented and learnings are shared across locations
- Excel-driven reporting & KPI standards: deliver concise performance summaries with narrative and recommendations; standardise KPI definitions and improve data quality using exports from the reservation system
- Data alignment & CRM readiness: help map data sources and define business/data requirements to support future CRM implementation and reduce data fragmentation across sales, operations and digital
Pofile:
- 2–5 years’ experience in commercial analytics / revenue management / pricing / commercial excellence / performance roles with a strong business orientation (not financial controlling). Backgrounds that fit well: travel, hospitality, booking platforms, real estate, e‑commerce, consulting (Big4).
- Comfortable in a mid-sized, fast-moving organisation with broad scope and changing priorities.
- Ability to turn data into decisions and actions: diagnose performance drivers, run cross-site/cross-city analyses, and provide clear recommendations for pricing, funnel and local initiatives.
- Confident working with fragmented data (no single source of truth): consolidating sources, structuring KPI definitions, and building a consistent performance narrative.
- Excellent Excel (must-have); Power BI/SQL and CRM exposure are strong pluses.
- Strong stakeholder communication and a hands-on attitude: able to work closely with site managers, ask tough “why” questions, and drive follow-through.
- Availability to work 4 days from the office (Śródmieście area) and 1 day per week remotely.
- Fluent English and Polish as a plus.
Offer:
- High exposure to decision‑makers and real impact on pricing, conversion and occupancy; not a back‑office reporting function.
- Contract options - UoP or B2B.
- Benefits - LuxMed, group insurance, MultiSport, language courses, annual bonus (~1 month salary).
- Work model - hybrid: 4 days in office / 1 remote.
