We are looking for an experienced Platform & Content Manager for our client – a leading retail company undergoing digital transformation. This key role will drive the ongoing development and optimization of digital platforms (web and app), ensuring seamless content delivery, product data accuracy, and a best‑in‑class customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

The Platform & Content Manager will oversee the company’s website and app, ensuring they are user‑friendly, operate smoothly, and consistently present accurate information.


Job scope:

  • Oversee and continuously improve the end‑to‑end customer experience across web and mobile channels.
  • Own the digital platform roadmap, including backlog management and prioritization of UX, content, and performance initiatives.
  • Lead UX and experience optimization efforts in partnership with design and technology teams.
  • Monitor platform performance and use data insights to drive enhancements.
  • Manage daily content operations, including product catalog updates, translations, imagery, tagging, and SEO structure.
  • Ensure content quality and consistency through close collaboration with PIM, data, and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Support marketing, CRM, and e‑commerce teams with campaign and promotional content execution.
  • Implement test‑and‑learn practices (A/B tests, heatmaps, click‑maps) to optimize content and user journeys.
  • Define and track key digital KPIs related to conversion, engagement, and customer experience.
  • Drive omnichannel alignment and cross‑team collaboration to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Managing a small team of 2 (PIM Specialist, Content Specialist).



Ideal profile:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in digital business environments, with a strong focus on retail and e-commerce
  • Demonstrate advanced digital literacy and a refined UX/UI sensibility, ensuring user-centric design and seamless customer experiences
  • Apply data analysis expertise to interpret performance metrics, drive insights, and support informed decision-making
  • Lead and coordinate complex initiatives through effective project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively across diverse stakeholders, maintaining alignment and trust
  • Operate with an agile mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic settings while adapting to evolving priorities
  • Solve problems with creativity and precision, balancing innovation focus with attention to detail
  • Utilize solid knowledge of CMS, PIM, analytics platforms, and UX/UI fundamentals to optimize digital processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, attribution integrity, and manage multilingual content workflows to support global operations
  • Champion continuous improvement by integrating analytical thinking, innovation, and best practices into everyday work
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
  • Availability to work from the Poznań office three days per month.
