For our client, an international digital/fintech company expanding its presence in Europe, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (New Market Entry).  

This is a compelling opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded professional who will play a central role in launching and shaping the company’s operations in Poland. The role offers broad ownership, direct influence on market development, and the chance to build high‑value partnerships from the ground up in a fast‑moving digital environment.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates across Poland.

Job description:

• Lead market entry and strategic growth initiatives in Poland  
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key digital partners
• Identify new market opportunities and channels supporting expansion
• Drive commercial initiatives from concept through full execution
• Shape scalable collaboration models aligned with business objectives
• Use performance insights to refine strategy and accelerate growth
• Monitor market dynamics and emerging trends to inform decision‑making
• This role is fully remote and open to candidates across Poland

Requirements:

• Experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Digital Growth  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BD or partnership‑driven roles
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition and commercial metrics
• Ability to independently source, negotiate and manage partnerships
• Experience working with online platforms or digital ecosystems
• Commercial mindset focused on measurable outcomes
• Experience in FinTech Lending Banking or Financial Services 
• Fluent English and Polish
