Representing a well-known retail brand, we seek a strategic Chief Marketing and Digital Officer (Marketing Director) to drive customer relevance and value through innovative omnichannel marketing strategies. This role encompasses the development and execution of marketing plans across all channels, management of the marketing budget, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will create and implement comprehensive customer service and marketing policies, adapting to evolving market and customer needs by leveraging data-driven insights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive omnichannel marketing strategy development and execution across all channels (offline stores + e-commerce)
  • Establish and monitor marketing performance through defined KPI
  • Optimize marketing budget allocation to achieve brand and revenue objectives
  • Direct national marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand and communication strategies
  • Champion customer experience through integrated digital and physical strategies
  • Lead CRM area and leverage data for customer insights
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive omnichannel loyalty program
  • Align with Sales to maximize the impact of product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Utilize data analytics to improve campaign performance and customer LTV
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on empowerment and accountability (approx. 20 people in the team)


Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of marketing and online marketing experience, preferably within an omnichannel retail/FMCG environment
  • Proficiency in integrated marketing with a deep understanding of brand strategy
  • Strong focus on customer experience management and customer orientation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within complex, matrix-structured, and preferably, international organizations.
  • Excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a flexible and proactive approach to change
  • Strong marketing data analysis skills
  • Highly developed negotiation skills
  • Highly developed leadership and organizational abilities
  • C1 level English proficiency required
  • Valid category B driving license
  • Willingness to travel frequently (Poland & abroad), up to 40% of the time
